These activated raw pumpkin seeds are a dark green colour, with a light nutty flavour and aroma.
They are grown in Victoria, Australia using natural, ecologically sustainable practices. An heirloom variety of pumpkins is grown just for the seed. These seeds grow without a husk. The whole seeds are activated and gently air-dried at below 30o C to maintain their raw goodness.
Originally from Central America, pumpkin seeds (or pepitas) have been eaten raw or roasted for centuries.

Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is recommended in warm climates.
