Buy a lamb half from us with only customer preferred cuts. 100% grass fed and finished lamb. Weight range 15 – 16 lbs.
A standard half lamb includes:
1 Rack of Lamb (8 ribs)
4 Loin chops (2 pkgs of 2 chops)
2 Leg shanks
1 Leg roast
1 Shoulder roast
2 lbs Ground Lamb
We also have the option for custom cuts for an additional $25 fee (choose option and note cuts desired).
