To make our minced garlic we take the ripest, stickiest cloves of garlic and mince them well. After that, we lightly toast and dry them until the aroma is intense and meaty. These dried minced garlic flakes are perfect for camping trips when you want to add a bit of garlic flavor to your outdoor cooking.
