Line caught fish of the highest quality
Fry in a hot pan for as little as 2 minutes
Please read defrosting instructions on the label, to ensure colour and quality are maintained
If you’re using your bluefin one steak at a time, you’ll find these single steak packs very handy.
We’re pretty sure we are the UK’s sole online supplier of superfrozen wild line-caught bluefin tuna. It comes from our very close partners in Majorca –  read all about it here.
To preserve their texture, taste, and vibrant colour, all our bluefin tuna steaks are super-frozen at -60 degrees. Your freezer is not as cold as this and the colour will start to fade within 2-3 weeks, so you should eat them within that time.
